Colors of the Hydrangea

Many brides come to us with the idea of having an image on their invitations; seashells, palm trees, sunflowers, bamboo and recently hydrangeas. Mariam and Todd not only wanted an image on their invitation, they wanted to push the envelope and get literal with their hydrangea theme. With hydrangeas being their wedding flower they wanted more than just the flower image on their wedding invitations, they wanted to incorporate the colors of the flower itself onto their invitation set. Green, blue and purple all shed light on this shimmery summer invitation.

Here's what this vivid invitation set included:

The invite was printed on a light mint green shimmer card stock with a small hydrangea image printed on the bottom of the invitation. The same image was carried over to the reply post card which was printed on a beautiful robin egg blue shimmer card stock. Lastly, we designed the information card which was also printed on a shimmer card stock of a light lavender. All three enclosures were placed into a matching mint green shimmer envelope.
